Job summary

Micron Technology is seeking an AT Automation & Change Management Engineer to enable, deploy, and sustain factory automation across its AT manufacturing network in Singapore. You will translate manufacturing requirements into scalable automation and IT solutions, ensuring reliability, standardization, and governance across sites.

You will lead AI-enabled enhancements, define system and tool automation needs, support change management (UAT, deployment), and collaborate with Manufacturing,

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master’s degree in engineering (Mechanical/Electronic/Data Science) or Engineering-related field.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• High level of self-motivation and teamwork.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and address root causes.
• Experience with automation and semiconductor manufacturing processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Integrates AI-enabled tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness.
• Contributes to continuous improvement by identifying and sharing AI-enabled enhancements.
• Define and translate process, equipment, and automation requirements with Manufacturing, Process, Equipment, and IT teams.
• Develop and review automation system requirements, including tool automation, AMHS, stockers, and ASRS interfaces.
• Support system change management including UAT, issue resolution, and deployment.
