Referment is seeking an accounts payable professional in Singapore who will handle day-to-day AP tasks, including processing invoices and payment runs, while actively identifying automation opportunities to simplify workflows.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, collaboration with treasury, and contributing to process improvements through simple tools like Excel Macros, Power Query and Python.

Qualificações

• Degree or diploma in accountancy, finance or related discipline.
• Experience in accounts payable in a large or high-volume environment with exposure to process improvement, transformation or automation in finance operations.
• Basic Python, with interest in developing automation skills for accounting and AP workflows.
• Familiarity with SAP or another ERP system, and strong Excel skills, with Macros, Power Query, Python or SQL a plus.
• Accuracy and attention to detail with financial data and deadlines; ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Process invoices and prepare payment runs for AP. Validate payment requests with local teams, Treasury and Settlements.
• Identify opportunities to automate invoice matching, data entry and report generation.
• Provide backup coverage for other AP team members and support reporting submissions.
