Allianz Insurance Singapore is seeking a detail‑oriented analyst to gather data, analyse business processes, and translate insights into concrete improvements. You will support operations, document workflows, and help implement automation ideas.

You will work with vendors and internal teams, manage access and security reviews, and ensure timely responses to requests. A degree in business or IT and hands‑on experience with SNOW, Jira, Confluence, and insurance software are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Undergraduate with Bachelors in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Attention to detail and patience when dealing with various queries.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Proficient in documentation and reporting.
• Basic understanding of IT systems, networks, insurance process and principles.
• Hands on experience on tools like SNOW, Jira, Confluence, and Insurance software.
• Prior exposure to Insurance business process is advantageous.
• AI-Skills e.g. ChatGPT and Microsoft CoPilot an advantage.

• Participate in meetings and contribute to discussions on project progress and business requirements.
• Support user roles management activities, ensuring access permissions align with organizational policies.
• Conduct periodic user access reviews to ensure compliance with security policies and access controls.
• Identify opportunities for automation on existing processes.
• Develop proof-of-concept solutions or recommendations for automation to improve efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on automation initiatives and outcomes.
