SPH Media Limited in Singapore is seeking an experienced audience development professional to drive growth across its digital platforms. You will work closely with editors and newsroom teams, turning data insights into actionable strategies to expand reach and engagement.

The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, leveraging SEO, social media, newsletters and emerging formats to build a larger, more loyal audience for SPH Media’s journalism across channels.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in audience development, digital publishing, journalism, content strategy or related field.
• Strong interest in business, financial markets, economics and Singapore/regional markets.
• Proven experience building and executing growth strategies in media or content org.
• Deep understanding of audience behaviour across search, social, newsletters and new platforms.
• Ability to turn audience data into actionable editorial and business decisions.
• Experience partnering with editors, journalists and cross-functional teams in newsroom or content setting.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, social media, and digital distribution.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; translate data into clear recommendations.
