Job summary

SPH Media Limited is hiring an Audience Growth and Distribution Specialist in Singapore to manage social platforms and extend reach to audiences. You will craft social-centric content, leverage video workflows, and optimise performance across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X, TikTok and LinkedIn.

The role requires 6+ years in social media management or digital marketing, strong English, basic Chinese, and comfort with analytics tools like Google Analytics and CrowdTangle.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant discipline.
• At least 6 years of experience in social media management and/or digital marketing.
• Strong English; basic proficiency in Chinese, both written and spoken.
• Ability to use analytics and insight tools to evaluate performance and trends.

Responsibilities

• Curate and/or produce social-centric content, including social cards and short-form videos.
• Apply social media best practices to optimise content performance across platforms.
• Develop platform-specific templates to streamline content production.
• Monitor and analyse social media performance data and provide insights.
• Build and foster engagement with social media audiences to grow reach.
• Work five days a week on roster, including one weekend day.
