Job summary

CAAS Next Generation Programme Office in Singapore seeks an experienced engineer to join the ATMS Platform Engineering team. You will oversee lifecycle management of the next generation Air Traffic Management System platform, covering infrastructure, network, hardware and cybersecurity from planning to operations.

You will coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams, manage projects, ensure compliance with IM8 and Cybersecurity Code of Practice, and drive risk management, audits, and vendor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or above in Electrical/Electronics/Computer or Network Engineering or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage ATMS platform projects (infrastructure, network, hardware, power) within scope, cost and schedule.
• Coordinate with teams on building readiness, network integration and ATM system integration.
• Lead technical teams to resolve impediments, incidents and issues across the ATMS platform.
• Ensure system compliance to CAAS and Government cybersecurity requirements (IM8, CCoP).
• Translate cybersecurity requirements into platform design and controls; conduct risk assessments and audit readiness.
