You will lead crossfunctional reviews, ensure traceability using DOORS, and coach squads while supporting the Product Owner and Scrum Master in an Agile environment.

The role requires 7+ years in Systems Engineering, strong English communication, and a solid background in safety, security and human factors within ATM domains.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Engineering, IT or related discipline.
• Postgraduate studies in Systems Engineering (Desirable).

Aufgaben

• Design, develop and document solutions meeting customer requirements while preserving baseline integrity.
• Define trade-offs between requirements, cost, schedule and risk to satisfy customer needs.
• Lead technical reviews with the customer and internal teams.
• Coordinate PI planning and backlog refinement, contributing to effort estimation.
• Develop and manage requirements traceability using DOORS.
• Support squad members (software, integration and verification) and assist Product Owner and Scrum Master.
• Promote knowledge sharing and report KPIs for the function.
