The Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) invites an experienced systems engineer to join the Next Generation Programme Office (NGPO) and help deliver mission-critical, software-centric Air Navigation Services (ANS) systems for air traffic management.

You will contribute across the full systems engineering lifecycle—requirements, architecture, integration, verification and transition—working with suppliers, partners and CAAS teams to ensure robust design, safety and operational readiness.

Formación

• Experience in large-scale, software-centric real-time systems
• Knowledge of systems engineering lifecycle processes, including requirements, architecture, integration and validation
• Familiarity with ISO/IEC/IEEE 15288 and related standards

Responsabilidades

• Lead and participate in design reviews and technical discussions for identified in-house developments
• Align in-house development designs with overall system architecture, design principles and operational intent for maintainability and future scalability
• Plan and support integration, verification and validation activities, including regression, interface and performance testing
• Guide test and assessment activities and ensure traceability across design, testing and acceptance
• Develop technical assessments and recommendations for stakeholders and senior management
