Job summary

CAAS Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore invites an experienced engineer to join the Integrated Digital Tower System (IDTS) section. You will oversee the full lifecycle of Air Navigation Services systems, from architecture and specifications to maintenance and operation, ensuring safety and efficiency of air traffic within Singapore FIR.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design system architecture and technical specifications for IDTS.
• Gather operational requirements from users and ensure implementation aligns.
• Conduct market surveys of potential systems and propose design choices.
• Coordinate with authorities for approvals of designs and specs.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Oversee procurement and evaluation of proposed solutions.
• Manage IDTS systems including cybersecurity implementations and policy adherence.
• Deploy systems with vendors, including testing and commissioning.
• Coordinate audits and incident investigations with internal and external stakeholders.
