Job summary

CAA Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore invites experienced engineer to join the Air Traffic Management System Platform Engineering team. You will oversee lifecycle management of the ATMS platform, including system planning, design, implementation and operations.

You will coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders, manage vendor engagement, and ensure compliance with IM8 and CCoP while maintaining high availability of mission-critical systems.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in project management and system implementation.
• Experience with safe and compliant critical systems.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise network design.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity standards and policy.
• Excellent stakeholder management.
• Ability to coordinate cross-agency teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage ATMS platform projects including infrastructure and network.
• Coordinate with teams for room readiness and system integration.
• Lead technical teams to resolve incidents across the ATMS platform.
• Ensure compliance with IM8 and Cybersecurity Code of Practice.
• Translate CoP requirements into platform design and controls.
• Support audits and remediation actions with vendors.
