Job summary

Qualifications

• Hold a Diploma in any field with relevant admin/ops or events experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Excellent organisational and communications skills; English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate administration of CCA and ACSIS and support event logistics.
• Schedule ACSIS seasons, Wildcats fixtures and related events.
• Manage SOCS registrations, team rosters and data accuracy.
• Liaise with coaches, parents, finance and外 vendors; support safety.
