Job summary

German European School Singapore (GESS) is seeking an ACSIS Coordinator to support and deliver day-to-day management of the school's CCA programme, with a strong emphasis on sport CCAs and ACSIS-related activities. The role coordinates administration, logistics and communication for the Wildcats competitive sports programme at GESS.

• Coordinate administration, logistics and communication for Wildcats ACSIS participation
• Ensure teams are registered, transported, equipped and supported safely
• Communicate with parents, students and coaches; recognise participation and achievements
• Report to the CCA and ACSIS Manager; collaborate with Head of Sports, Head of Football and Head of Swimming
