Job summary

Samwoh Corporation Pte Ltd is seeking an Assistant HR Manager (Total Rewards) to support the design, administration and continuous improvement of compensation, benefits, payroll and performance-related programmes. The role collaborates with HR Business Partners, business units and external vendors to ensure rewards practices are competitive and compliant.

Responsibilities include overseeing end-to-end payroll, managing annual compensation cycles, and analysing market data to support pay

Qualifications

Degree in Human Resource Management, Business or related discipline.
5–7 years of HR experience with Total Rewards and payroll.
Supervisory experience in guiding HR team members.
Knowledge of Singapore employment law (MOM, CPF, IRAS) and statutory payroll compliance.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel and HRIS.

Responsibilities

Support the design, administration and improvement of compensation, benefits, payroll and performance‑related programmes.
Oversee end-to-end payroll processing and ensure compliance with internal controls and statutory requirements.
Manage annual compensation cycles, including salary reviews, promotions, market adjustments and bonus governance.
