Job summary

DKJS Consultancy PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage full sets of accounts for multiple clients in Singapore.

You will prepare monthly and annual financial statements, maintain periodic accounts, and liaise with clients, auditors and third parties. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Finance or Accountancy with 3–5 years of relevant experience, and demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with management and staff at all

• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience with accounting software and HR policies.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for handling clients' financial accounting (full sets of accounts), and preparing monthly/yearly financial income statements.
• Maintain a full set of periodic accounts and schedules complying with relevant accounting policies and liaise with clients, auditors, and 3rd parties
• Handle client payroll matters including foreign work passes, staff claims, and maintenance of leave records
• Prepare and submit direct (corporate and personal) and indirect (GST and withholding tax) taxes
• Manage and maintain client's statutory records.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties from time to time

Requirements

• Possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Finance, Accountancy or equivalent
• At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of accounting software and HR policies
• A team player with strong interpersonal skills & communication skills and able to work with the Management & all levels of staff
• Able to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines
