Job summary

SYN GLOBAL SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage full sets of accounts for a portfolio of client companies. You will prepare P&L statements, Balance Sheets, and reconciliations, coordinating with auditors, tax agents and government authorities where required.

The role also involves preparing tax schedules, supporting documents for corporate tax filing, and providing ad-hoc accounting support as needed to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, familiarity with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards and Corporate Tax statutory requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with accounting systems is advantageous.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Meticulous, multitasking and able to handle tight datelines.

Responsibilities

• Handle full sets of accounts for a portfolio of client companies.

• Liaise with clients and external parties, including auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial service providers and government authorities, where required.
• Prepare tax schedules and supporting documents for corporate tax filing.
• Assist with audit and tax-related queries and provide necessary accounting information and documents.
• Follow up with clients on outstanding records and information for account preparation.
• Provide ad-hoc accounting support and assist with other assignments or projects as required.
