Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Nursing, Medicine, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Technology, or related healthcare discipline.
• 3-5 years in Orthopaedic Trauma within clinical/healthcare/medical device env.
• Strong understanding of Trauma products, procedures, customer pathways and market dynamics.
• Proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of new product launches to drive adoption and business objectives.
• Manage portfolio performance, lifecycle strategies, and inventory optimization.
• Identify opportunities for market expansion, procedure growth, and new revenue streams.
