Job summary

digital treasures center pte. ltd. is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own the lifecycle of core payments products, including Deposit, SWAP, and Send, from planning to launch and optimization.

You will collaborate with design, engineering, risk, compliance and operations, use data to drive decisions, and stay informed on cross-border payments and e-wallet regulations. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of PM experience in Financial Services, Payments, or FinTech.
• Led fund flow products from 0 to 1 or 1 to N.
• Ability to produce PRDs, prototypes, and business process flows.
• Knowledge of cross-border payments, FX, and e-wallet logic; regulatory knowledge.
• Familiar with AI tools to enhance productivity and analysis.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.

What you\'ll do:

Product Lifecycle Management

• Lead the end to end lifecycle management of core fund flow products such as Deposit, SWAP (currency exchange), and Send (transfers), including product planning, design, development, launch, and continuous optimization.

Requirement Analysis and Prioritization

• Develop a deep understanding of business objectives and user pain points. Collect and analyze internal and external requirements, and define clear product roadmaps and priorities.

Cross Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with design, engineering, risk control, compliance, and operations teams to drive product implementation and ensure projects are delivered on time with high quality.

Data Analysis and Decision Making

• Monitor product performance through data analysis, continuously improve user experience and business metrics, and drive product growth through data driven decisions.

Industry Insights

• Stay up to date with technology trends and regulatory developments in global payments, cross border finance, and digital wallets to provide forward looking insights for product strategy.

What we\'re looking for:

• Min. 3 to 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in Financial Services, Payments, or FinTech industry.
• Successfully led fund flow products such as wallets, transfers, or exchange products from 0 to 1 or 1 to N are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of product design methodologies with the ability to independently produce high quality PRDs, prototypes, and business process flows.
• Familiar with cross border payments, foreign exchange, and e-wallet business logic, with an understanding of relevant regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Familiar with AI tools and technologies (such as Claude etc.) to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and improve efficiency in product research, documentation, and analysis.
• Strong data analysis capability with the ability to drive product decisions based on data.
• Fluent in both English & Mandarin, and able to use it as a working language for communication with cross regional teams.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills with the ability to drive cross departmental collaboration.
• Strong logical thinking, problem solving ability, and resilience under pressure.
• Strong business acumen and empathy for users.
