The Product Manager (CVP Debit Cards) will be responsible for managing and evolving the end-to-end debit card product portfolio, with a strong focus on customer value proposition (CVP), usage growth, and lifecycle optimization. ⇒ Main Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the debit card product value proposition across key customer segments (Emerging affluent, Affluent).
• Identify customer needs, usage drivers, and pain points to inform product enhancements and CVP refresh initiatives.
• Conduct ongoing competitor and market benchmarking to ensure product relevance and differentiation.
• Drive initiatives to increase debit card activation, usage frequency, and spend penetration.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 5–8 years of experience in cards product management, preferably in debit cards, payments, or consumer banking.
• Strong understanding of debit card mechanics, payments flows, and regulatory considerations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
