Singlife is seeking a high-calibre Business Development Manager to drive account management for allocated partnerships. You will foster long-term relationships, deliver on sales targets, and ensure all sales processes comply with regulatory and internal requirements.
In this role you will collaborate with the Head of Business Development and wealth planners to execute strategic growth, recruit where needed, and align financial objectives with the cluster's business plan.

Work within a team responsible for the account management of allocated partnerships; establish and sustain good working relations for the long-term growth of business.
This role will also work closely with the team to deliver on the strategic direction to achieve sales target and business objective as well as to ensure all sales and operational processes are compliant with the regulatory & compliance requirements.
This role shall work closely with the Head of Business Development and the team to implement the strategic direction of the cluster under their care and shall ensure that the achievement of their targets and business plan is in congruence with the department’s overall objective.
