Singlife Group is seeking an AVP Distribution Finance to provide financial insight across distribution channels and to partner with Sales, Distribution Leadership, CDO, and Finance in evaluating incentive programs and budgeting adherence.
You will forecast distribution expenses, analyze deviations, and deliver actionable insights to support sales strategy, incentive design, and budgeting decisions. The ideal candidate has 6–10 years in distribution finance and FP&A in insurance.

The Distribution Finance AVP is responsible for providing financial insight and commercial analytics across the Distribution channels. This role partners closely with Sales, Distribution Leadership, CDO, and Finance to evaluate incentive effectiveness, safeguard adherence to financial guardrails, manage distribution expense forecasting, and deliver actionable insights that supports sales strategy, incentive design, and business decision-making.
