Job summary

Singlife Group in Singapore is seeking an experienced Product Owner to translate business requirements into clear product requirements and deliver strategic digital projects using Agile. You will collaborate with stakeholders across functions and manage the backlog to align with business priorities while driving timely delivery of features.

You will develop user stories with acceptance criteria, coordinate testing (UAT) and ensure compliance with applicable laws, aiming to deliver value at pace

Qualifications

• Academic: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business or Digital/Tech related field
• Agile knowledge or certifications
• Worked with Project Management tools (e.g.Figma/Confluence/JIRA)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with key business stakeholders to translate business requirements into product requirements
• Review business processes and identify optimizing solutions/features
• Deliver strategic digital projects with an Agile approach
• Manage and prioritize product backlog and roadmap based on business needs requirements
• Develop user stories, document acceptance criteria, review test plan/scenarios, and perform user acceptance testing
• Monitor deliverables and ensure timely and successful delivery of projects/initiatives
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations relating to the above functional activities

Key Responsibilities

Experience

• Minimum 5 years working experience as a ProductOwner in a Financial Services/Insurance industry
• Have experience rolling out enhancements onbusiness system applications
• Have experience working with multiple businessstakeholders
• Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinkingskills
• Ability to work across departments in a fast-paced environment, self-motivated and flexible to change
• Have a solution mindset, detail oriented andwillingness to learn is a must

Education
