Job summary

CGS International Securities Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a commercially driven Senior Associate to Manager, Private Equity Fund to join our Asset Management team and lead private equity investments across Southeast Asia.

You will originate opportunities, conduct due diligence, build financial models, lead deal execution, and support portfolio companies to create value and plan exits. Strong financial acumen, investment judgment, and stakeholder management are essential, with Mandarin a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related discipline.
MBA, CFA, CAIA or MBA qualification is an advantage.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in private equity, investment banking, corporate finance, management consulting, venture capital, or asset management.
Strong financial modelling, valuation, and investment analysis capabilities.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Source and evaluate investment opportunities across Southeast Asia.
Lead transaction execution including valuation, modelling, deal structuring and closing.
Prepare investment papers and recommendations for Investment Committee.
Monitor portfolio performance and drive value creation with management teams.
Support exit strategies and investor reporting.
