Changi General Hospital invites applications for a role supporting the Development Office’s philanthropy initiatives, focusing on staff giving, donor stewardship, and event logistics.
You will assist in donor engagement, maintain donor records, and coordinate recognition activities to foster a culture of philanthropy within CGH.
You will support the Development Office’s philanthropy efforts in support of CGH’s causes, with a focus on the execution of staff giving initiatives, sponsorship administration, donor appreciation and recognition, and event logistics. The jobholder is expected to be responsible for the following:
Support the Assistant Director in the key Development processes of engagement, solicitation and stewardship of donors, with a particular focus on internal (staff) giving and operational execution
Effectively coordinate the day-to-day administrative and logistical functions that underpin the Development Office’s donor engagement and stewardship activities
Maintain accurate donor records and gift processing workflows in the SingHealth donor management system, ensuring compliance with Finance and audit requirements
Support the organisation’s staff giving initiatives by serving as a point of contact for staff donors and departments, fostering a culture of philanthropy within CGH
Assist in the implementation of donor recognition and stewardship touchpoints, including festive gifts, appreciation events and the Donor Recognition Wall
Any other responsibilities, as assigned
Diploma in Business Administration, Office Administration, Fundraising, Communications, Marketing Communications or a related field
Minimum 2 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably in fundraising, non-profit, charity, or donor support environments. Entry-level candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply
Experience in donation processing, database entry, records management, or administrative coordination will be an advantage
Baseline proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint is required. Well-versed knowledge of Excel, with a good working knowledge of pivot tables and some experience in information analytics will be advantageous
Familiarity with donor management or CRM systems is preferred
Familiarity with graphic design tools (i.e. Canva, CapCut) and experience in producing shortform content will be advantageous
