Job summary

UNITED TEST AND ASSEMBLY CENTER LTD in Singapore is seeking a hands-on wafer process technician to sustain dry process lines such as sputtering, photolithography, and descum. You will support lot dispositions, OCAP executions, and contribute to CIP projects that improve yield and cost efficiency.

You will work with the QM department to address customer inquiries and issues, maintaining SPC and assisting with new material evaluation and tool setup.

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of SPC and OCAP procedures.
• Diploma in electronics or related discipline is required.
• Experience in wafer bumping and high-volume production is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Line sustaining for dry process (Sputter, Photolithography, Descum).
• Support lot dispositions and OCAP executions.
• Involve in Continuous Improvement Projects.
• Collaborate with QM Dept. to respond to customer inquiries and issues.
• Execute CIP or project handling to improve yield and cost efficiency.
• Ensure SPC is maintained and in control.
• Support new material evaluation and new tool setup.

Requirements;

• Preferably with minimum 2 years' experience in Wafer bumping process running high volume
• Knowledge in: Statistic Process Control (SPC), Out Of Control Procedure (OCAP)
