Job summary

UNITED TEST AND ASSEMBLY CENTER LTD in Singapore seeks a process engineer to own and optimize wafer fabrication processes. You will troubleshoot issues, lead CIP for chronic problems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new processes.

Candidates should have 3+ years in semiconductor manufacturing, experience with dry or wet processes, strong SPC and analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. CAD or statistical software experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or Science or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in the semiconductor manufacturing industry with exposure to dry process such as photolithography/plasma, sputtering; or wet process such as electrochemical plating, wet etching etc.
• Strong SPC and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint; experience with CAD or statistical software (e.g., JMP, Minitab) is a plus.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
