Job summary

Singtel Group is seeking a Network Support professional to troubleshoot and maintain Voice Access network infrastructure. You will work with cross-functional teams, handle 24x7 BAU requests, and assist with network upgrades in a dynamic environment.

The role emphasizes Linux administration, strong troubleshooting, and effective stakeholder communication. On-site Singapore operations and standby duties are part of the role.

Qualifications

• NITEC or Diploma is required.
• CCNA certification is an added advantage.
• Working knowledge of Linux operating systems and administration.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and troubleshoot Voice Access network infrastructure to meet objectives and reliability targets.
• Perform fault diagnosis, troubleshooting and resolution, and support project implementation and network upgrades.
• Collaborate with Transmission and cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve network-related issues promptly.
• Manage and respond to 24x7 BAU operational requests from internal stakeholders, ensuring SLAs are met.
• Support, maintain, and administer telecommunications and IT equipment for optimal performance and availability.
• Participate in standby and on-call duties, including after-hours activations and incidents.
• Maintain operational documentation and adhere to processes and procedures.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Manager.
