Job summary

Vault Personnel Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Associate Director to support the Executive Director in advancing the organisation's mission by overseeing programmes, fundraising, partnerships, and volunteer engagement.

The role ensures programmes are well-delivered, properly resourced, and aligned with strategic priorities and community needs, while collaborating with staff, donors, volunteers, and partners to strengthen impact and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration, Public Administration, Non-profit Management, or related field.
• 6–10 years of experience in programme management, fundraising, partnerships, or non-profit leadership.
• Experience in grant management and donor engagement.
• Familiarity with governance and compliance requirements for charities in Singapore is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the organisation's programmes and services.
• Develop fundraising strategies to support programme sustainability and organisational growth.
• Recruit, engage, and retain volunteers; establish structured volunteer programmes.
• Build and maintain partnerships with community organisations, corporate partners, government agencies, and sector stakeholders.
• Ensure programme activities comply with regulatory requirements and organisational policies.
• Provide leadership and supervision to programme and volunteer management staff.
• Support organisational planning, budgeting, and performance monitoring.
