Alvarez & Marsal Deutschland GmbH is seeking an Associate Director for Transaction Advisory in Singapore. You will assist with financial due diligence, analyze statements, and present insights to clients.

The role emphasizes leadership, regional collaboration, and mentoring junior staff within a dynamic deal environment. Experience in the Big Four and strong Excel, Power BI skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting and/or related major.
• CPA or CA certification strongly preferred.
• Big Four experience required.
• Fluent in English, and Mandarin Chinese, Bahasa Melayu, Bahasa Indonesia, Tagalog or Vietnamese is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with core financial due diligence, identifying risks and deal breakers.
• Analyze detailed financial statements and synthesize data for discussions with management.
• Assess quality of earnings, assets, and cash flows for target company.
• Construct deal-oriented reports and presentations highlighting key findings.
• Participate in meetings with target management and client personnel; maintain client relationships.
