Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset; IFRS knowledge.
• Ability to analyze financial and non-financial information to form conclusions.
• Excellent presentation and client-facing skills; audit experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage due diligence workstreams across transactions.
• Collaborate with cross-service line teams to deliver integrated services.
• Identify key value drivers and challenge assumptions on projections.
• Build relationships with clients and lead teams on complex transactions.
• Support cross-border assignments with EY offices.
