Job summary

DBiz.ai in Singapore is seeking a Business Analyst to drive digital initiatives and support technology transformation. You will work on client projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and apply digital technologies and AI transformations based on project needs.

The role requires a proactive, self-motivated team member with strong technology knowledge and influencing skills to engage stakeholders across levels and deliver user-centric solutions aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
3 years of IT business analysis, solution design, and testing experience.
Experience in at least one full software/product development cycle (Agile preferred).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

Elicit business needs through service journeys and develop business cases via rapid prototyping.
Develop user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria; build prototypes to validate requirements and measure value.
Evaluate and recommend technologies (including AI tools), aligning with project directions through hands-on experimentation.
Identify and adopt appropriate development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) as suited to project needs.
Ensure system readiness for deployment and analyse the impact of changes.
Identify digital transformation opportunities.
Define product vision, roadmap, and objectives aligned with business strategy.
Communicate product strategies and use data to inform decisions.
Ability to code and iterate during planning sessions and conduct workshops.
Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and sprint reviews as required.
