Job summary

NTT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the regional rollout of a digital trade platform across Asia Pacific. The role involves gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and ensuring delivery of project objectives.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, product and technology teams across APAC, perform gap analyses, document processes, and contribute to testing, UAT, and change management to drive a successful rollout.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business analysis experience in banking.
• Experience in trade finance, digital trade, or related banking products preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven experience in regional or cross-border project implementations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across APAC to support platform rollout activities.
• Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and solution validation.
• Coordinate with technology and product teams to ensure requirements are implemented accurately.
• Support testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and change management initiatives.
