JOYALUKKAS JEWELLERY INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. is seeking an Associate – Customer Happiness to maximize store revenue by delivering exceptional service, showcasing knowledge of jewellery, and building lasting relationships with every customer in Singapore.

You will support store operations, maintain premium displays, manage CRM records, submit daily sales reports, and participate in training. This role emphasizes upselling, client follow-ups, and contributing to team goals while adhering to SOPs

The Associate – Customer Happiness will be responsible for maximizing store revenue by delivering
exceptional customer service, demonstrating strong product knowledge, and building lasting customer
relationships, while also contributing to team coordination, operational efficiency, and supporting
store-level performance objectives.

Job Requirements

Sales & Customer Relations

• Warmly welcome customers and build genuine relationships to understand their jewellerypreferences and create personalized shopping experiences.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of jewellery items, confidently guide customers throughselections while highlighting product features and craftsmanship.
• Drive sales by effectively upselling and cross-selling based on customer needs, currentpromotions, new product launches and in-store campaigns.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience by cultivating a personal client base, managingafter-sales support and follow-up to foster loyalty and referrals.
• Address and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care and promptly escalateto the Store Manager if required.

Inventory & Visual Merchandising

• Ensure all jewellery displays are clean, visually appealing and securely arranged to maintaina premium in-store presentation.
• Assist with daily stock audits, documentation of incoming and outgoing stock andreconciliation of physical counts with system records.
• Provide regular updates to the Store Manager on stock transfers and inventory replenishmentneeds to ensure optimal stock levels and smooth operations.

Additional Notes

Other Responsibilities

• Adhere to all company SOPs and local regulatory requirements, while following anti-theft protocols, opening/closing checklists, and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded in the POS and CRM systems.
• Submit daily sales reports to the Store Manager, highlighting key customer feedback, fast and slow-moving stock and operational challenges if any.
• Actively participate in monthly performance reviews and training sessions as advised by the Store Manager to support continuous development and improvement.
