Job summary

A healthcare organization in Singapore is seeking a qualified medical professional to lead clinical services, enhance patient care quality, and mentor junior staff. The ideal candidate must possess medical qualifications recognized by the Singapore Medical Council, demonstrate leadership in a fast-paced environment, and have strong English communication skills. Qualifications

  • Possess medical qualification from Universities/Medical Institutions listed in the Schedules of the Singapore Medical Council (SMC).
  • Eligible for Conditional or Full registration with the SMC.
  • Completed specialist training with relevant postgraduate qualification recognised by the Specialist Accreditation Board (SAB).
  • Demonstrate strong leadership qualities and ability to work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team setting.
  • Possess excellent command of spoken and written English.
  • For candidates whose basic medical qualification is not conducted in English, must provide evidence of English Proficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Leading intradepartmental and interdepartmental clinical services.
  • Providing and improving safety and quality of patient care.

  • Teaching and mentoring junior doctors and other healthcare professionals.
  • Engaging in scholarly activities.
  • Participating in non-clinical administrative duties.

Overview
