Job summary

Infosys Limited is seeking a Junior Business Analyst to join our transformation team. You will bridge business strategy, regional operations, and technical execution to capture requirements, optimize processes, and enable multi-country implementations.

You will work with stakeholders, define as-is and to-be processes, and support UAT, SOPs, and training materials. The role requires a Master’s degree and 1–2 years in a business analysis environment, with exposure to enterprise software delivery.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from SMU or NUS in a relevant field.
• 1–2 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or related role.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous business problems and document clear processes.
• Exposure to multi-country rollouts or enterprise software delivery is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional business units and product teams to translate business needs into functional specs.
• Map current-state and define future-state business processes.
• Support governance, track milestones, and manage cross-border dependencies.
• Coordinate UAT, develop test scenarios, and triage defects with technical teams.
• Create SOPs, playbooks, training guides, and change management docs.
• Identify regional regulatory nuances and align with global capabilities.
• Champion AI adoption to improve requirements gathering and delivery efficiency.

Position Description

Position Overview

We are seeking an ambitious Junior Business Analyst to join our transformation team driving large-scale platform rollouts across several international markets. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business strategy, regional operations, and technical execution. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, operational leads, and delivery teams to capture business requirements, optimize processes, and facilitate smooth multi-country implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with regional business units, operations, and product teams across multiple countries to gather, analyze, and translate business needs into detailed functional specifications.

• Map current-state ("as-is") operational workflows and define standardized, scalable future-state ("to-be") business processes.

• Support implementation governance, tracking rollout milestones, cross-border dependencies, and stakeholder communication.

• Assist in coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including developing test scenarios, validating acceptance criteria, and triaging functional defects with technical teams.

• Help develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), implementation playbooks, training guides, and change management documentation for regional teams.

• Identify localized business and regulatory nuances across markets to assess alignment with standardized global platform capabilities.

• AI Adoption & Enablement: Champion the practical adoption of modern AI and automation tools (e.g., LLM-based productivity assistants, workflow automation) to streamline requirements gathering, accelerate documentation, and improve delivery team efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

Education: Master’s degree from Singapore Management University (SMU) or National University of Singapore (NUS) (e.g., in Business Analytics, Management, Information Systems, or related disciplines).

Experience: 1–2 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, Associate Consultant, or Operations Analyst in a corporate or enterprise environment.

Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to structure ambiguous business problems, conduct data-backed analysis, and document clear process flows.

Implementation Awareness: Foundational exposure to or understanding of multi-country rollouts, enterprise software delivery, or business transformation initiatives.

Soft Skills & Competencies

Ownership & Attitude: High accountability, proactive problem-solving, and a positive, collaborative approach to teamwork.

Continuous Learning: Strong curiosity and agility to quickly master new domains, business models, and enterprise systems.

Communication: Clear, articulate verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse, cross-cultural teams across different time zones.

Tooling Proficiency: Familiarity with business analysis and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Visio, and advanced Excel).
