Job summary

Lion Global Investors Limited is seeking a business development professional to deepen LGI's reach among intermediaries and proactively engage partners to identify and grow business. You will work with intermediaries to craft marketing campaigns, training programs and events, while ensuring high-level client servicing and timely follow-ups.

The role requires a focus on investments, market knowledge, and strong interpersonal skills to manage multiple projects and contracts successfully.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree, preferably with a focus in finance, accounting or business.
• Knowledge of investment products, strategic/analytic and marketing concepts; strong understanding of financial markets and investments.
• Self-motivated, flexible and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Deepen and widen LGI's reach among intermediaries.
• Proactively engage prospective and existing partners to identify business and develop strategies to gain market share.
• Collaborate with intermediaries and partners to develop marketing campaigns, trainings and events.
• Provide high level servicing with active follow-ups on client requests, due diligence and inquiries.
• Prepare reports, handle business agreements and other contractual issues.

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Deepen and widen LGI's reach among intermediaries
• Pro-actively engage prospective and existing partners to identify business and develop comprehensive strategies to gain market share
• Work closely with intermediaries and partners to develop marketing campaigns, training programmes and other events
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to provide high level of servicing: active follow-ups on all client requests, due diligence and enquiries
• Prepare reports, handle business agreements, and other contractual issues that may arise
• Undertake research and development of specific projects

Job Requirements:

• Relevant Degree, preferably with a focus in finance, accountancy or business
• At least 3 to 7 years of direct relevant working experience within the asset management, retail banking or in investment advisory
• Knowledge of investment products, strategic/analytic and marketing concepts;
• Good understanding of financial markets and investments
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, flexible and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously;
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications with strong Word, Excel and Powerpoint skills
• Knowledge of Bloomberg and Morningstar a plus
