Job summary

Acclime is looking for an accounting professional to provide accounting, payroll and fund administration services to a diverse client portfolio in Singapore. You will prepare financial statements and coordinate with external auditors to facilitate annual audits.

Responsibilities include managing investor services, preparing FATCA/CRS reports, and handling multiple outsourced engagements with strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience in outsourcing context.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with good organization.
• Ability to manage multiple outsourced client engagements and deadlines.
• Proactive, team oriented with positive attitude.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare FATCA and CRS reports per regulatory requirements.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing accounting, payroll and fund administration services to a diverse portfolio of clients.
• Prepare financial statements and liaise with external auditors to facilitate the annual audit process.
• Manage investor services including investor onboarding and the issuance of subscription and redemption statements.
• Prepare and submit FATCA and CRS reports in accordance with the applicable regulatory requirements.
• Handle any other job tasks assigned from time to time.

Required Qualifications / Skills

• With at least 1-2 years of relevant work experiencePoly Diploma, Degree or professional accounting qualificationsThose with accounting outsourcing experience is advantageous
• Team player yet able to work independently with positive attitude
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills with strong coordination and organization skills
