Job summary

You will prepare financial statements, liaise with external auditors, manage investor services including onboarding and subscription/redemption statements, and handle regulatory reporting such as FATCA and CRS, while thriving in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in accounting or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience; entry-level candidates welcome.
• Accounting outsourcing experience is advantageous.
• Strong communication, coordination and organizational skills.
• Able to manage multiple outsourced client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Provide accounting, payroll and fund administration services to clients.
• Prepare financial statements and liaise with auditors for annual audits.
• Manage investor services including onboarding and subscription/redemption statements.
• Prepare and submit FATCA and CRS reports per regulatory requirements.
• Handle additional tasks as assigned.
