Job summary

Acclime is hiring for an Assistant Manager/Manager, Accounting Services to join our growing regional team in Singapore. You will be a key point of contact for clients and colleagues, developing your technical knowledge, leadership skills, and business acumen in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The role offers opportunities to mentor senior associates, to deliver timely financial statements and statutory filings, and to work with cross-border teams across offices to achieve service

Qualifications

  • Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related discipline.
  • CPA/ACCA or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in corporate services, outsourced accounting, or professional services.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore corporate regulations, SFRS, GST, CPF and basic tax principles.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-management abilities.
  • Able to manage multiple deadlines and work independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in accounting systems (Xero, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of client engagements across industries.
  • Review and ensure timely completion of monthly/quarterly/annual management accounts, financial statements, GST returns and statutory filings.
  • Lead, supervise and mentor a team of senior associates and associates.
  • Allocate workloads, monitor deadlines and resources for seamless delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-office teams to ensure service delivery excellence.

Job Description

You will be part of a growing regional team, acting as a key point of contact for a wide range of clients and colleagues. Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of clients across various industries

  • Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of senior associates and associates, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
  • Allocate workloads, monitor deadlines, and manage resources to ensure smooth delivery of client engagements
  • Collaborate with other functions within the company and across offices in other countries to ensure service delivery excellence
Requirements
  • Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline
  • CPA/ACCA or equivalent professional qualification preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in a corporate services, outsourced accounting, or professional services environment
