Job summary

GlobalFoundries Singapore fab3 seeks a Diploma / ITE-Hi-Nitec holder in Electrical, Electronic or Mechanical to join our production team. You will work on 12-hour rotating shifts, apply basic equipment knowledge, and contribute to process control and quality.

You should be MS Office literate, comfortable with data analysis (SPC), and ready to collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project schedules and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma / ITE-Hi-Nitec in Electrical, Electronic or Mechanical.
• Minimum 2 years in electronic production environment, preferably wafer fab.
• Must be able to work on 12 hours rotating shifts.
• MS Office literate; SPC knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develops and modifies process formulations, methods and controls to meet quality standards.
• Create, analyze and review technical charts.
• Develop and modify process formulations, methods and controls to meet quality standards.
• Establish SOP and FMEA for related process.
• Review product development requirements for compatibility with processing methods to determine costs and schedules.
• Integrates equipment and material capabilities to meet process module and technology specifications.
• Drive CIP to improve process performance indices.
• Work with cross functions teams to deliver organizational goals.
