Job summary

GLOBALFOUNDRIES SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. - FAB 2 in Singapore seeks a hands-on professional to develop and refine process formulations, methods and controls to meet stringent quality standards.

You will craft and review technical charts, establish SOPs and FMEA, and ensure compatibility of development requirements with processing methods. Responsibilities include working with cross-functional teams to meet costs and schedules, integrating equipment capabilities, and driving continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Diploma / ITE-Hi-Nitec in Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical required.
• Minimum 2 years in electronic production environment (wafer fab preferred).
• Able to work 12-hour rotating shifts; attention to detail essential.
• MS Office literate; SPC knowledge a plus.

Develops and modifies process formulations, methods and controls to meet quality standards Typically performs one or more of the following in capacity of either an individual contributor (as directed and/or independently), or as a manager:

• Create, analyze and review technical charts
• Develop and modify process formulations, methods and controls to meet quality standards
• Establish SOP (Standard operating process) and FMEA (Failure mode and effects analysis) for related process
• Review product development requirements for compatibility with processing methods to determine costs and schedules
• Integrates equipment and material capabilities to meet process module and technology specifications
• Drive CIP (Continuous improvement plans) to improve process performance indices
• Work with cross functions teams to deliver organizational goals
• Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements
• Work and collaborate other projects and/or assignments as needed

Job Requirements

• Diploma / ITE-Hi-Nitec (Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical Minimum 2 years working experience in electronic production environment - preferably from wafer fab and, with basic equipment & process knowledge and with an eye for detail.
• Must be able to work on 12 hours rotating shift.
• MS Office literate.
