Job summary

GlobalFoundries Singapore is seeking an experienced process and equipment engineer to support production ramp with emphasis on process qualification, productivity improvements and tool release across fabrication areas.

You will analyze technical charts (SPC/DOE) and coordinate cross-functional teams to reduce variability, improve yield, and implement continuous improvement plans across fabs.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) with at least 3 years of experience.
• Experience in process and equipment engineering for semiconductor manufacturing.
• Ability to work cross-functionally across teams and fabs.

Responsibilities

• Support production ramp by process qualification, productivity improvement and tool release.
• Create, analyze and review technical charts and data (SPC/DOE/split lot/Space/Si-view/JMP/Klarity).
• Perform process matching between equipment to reduce variations for better tool matching.
• Identify chronic issues and establish improvement programs/procedures for resolution.
• Work with cross-functional teams to address yield improvement, excursions and best practices across fabs.
• Drive CIP (Continuous improvement plans) to improve performance indices and optimize productivity.

• Perform process matching between equipment's to reduce variations for better tool matching
