GlobalFoundries Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Process Engineer to develop, optimize and maintain manufacturing processes that meet quality, efficiency, and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to analyze data, interpret technical charts, and use basic engineering/analytical tools.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work across functions.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, learn quickly, and adapt in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

• Review product development requirements to assess compatibility with existing or proposed processing methods.
• Integrate equipment and material capabilities to align process modules with technology specifications.
• Drive CIP to enhance process performance indices.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver organizational and project goals.
• Perform all activities safely and responsibly, supporting EH&S requirements.
• Work on additional projects or assignments as required.

Introduction

You will create and review technical documentation, establish SOPs and FMEA, and integrate equipment and material capabilities to support process and technology needs. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, you will assess product requirements, contribute to cost and schedule planning, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process performance.

• Perform all activities safely and responsibly, supporting all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements.
• Work and collaborate on additional projects or assignments as required.
