Job summary

Wecruit Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure accurate receiving, picking, packing and shipping, and drive on-time order fulfilment.

You will lead a team, optimize storage space, monitor stock counts, and implement SOPs while upholding safety standards; 3+ years in logistics preferred; Diploma in Logistics or related field. Join a dynamic FMCG/logistics environment with KPI tracking and opportunities for process improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations or warehouse management.
• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related discipline.
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes, inventory control, and order fulfilment.
• Hands-on experience with WMS and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfilment.
• Lead, coach, and supervise warehouse staff to achieve operational excellence.
• Plan and optimize warehouse space to support inbound shipments and maximize storage capacity.
• Monitor inventory accuracy through regular stock checks and cycle counts.
• Ensure all receiving, picking, packing, and shipping activities are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Track warehouse KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain high service standards to meet customer requirements and satisfaction.
• Develop, review, and enforce warehouse procedures and standard operating processes (SOPs).
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company policies.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by Management.
