Job summary

The Citco Group Limited, Singapore-based, is seeking an experienced Banking Loans Operations Manager to lead and support the rollout of global Bank Loan procedures, plan daily workflows, and manage client relationships. You will oversee month-end close processes, vendor relationships, and coordinate with multiple departments to ensure timely delivery, while driving staffing targets and staff development.

• Oversee loan-related vendor relationships.
• Liaise with clients regarding SLAs and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to drive results and deliverables.
• Act as an escalation contact for clients.
• Develop and maintain staffing targets for production and productivity.
• Ensure staff training and conduct interviews/performance evaluations.

Your Role:

• Manage and support rollout of global Bank Loan procedures.
• Plan, schedule and manage the daily Bank Loan workflows of all client relationships.
• Charge of relationship management of Citco Loans Clients.
• Support month-end close processes and review the accuracy of month end packages/binders.
• Oversee loan-related vendor relationships.
• Liaise with clients regarding SLAs and deadlines, ensuring delivery in an accurate and timely manner.
• Actively work with multiple departments across the firm to drive results and deliverables.
• Act as an escalation contact for clients.
• Develop, adhere and maintain targets concerning staffing: production and productivity.
• Ensure all staff are appropriately trained and conduct interviews and performance evaluations.
• Liaise and coordinate with the Integration Team on onboarding of new loan clients.
• Escalate potential operational risks.
• Participate in and lead projects that may be defined from time to time in connection with the continuing expansion and evolution of the business.
• Participate in managerial functions.
• Any other functions required as part of the business of the Company.

About You:

• 4+ Years in Financial Services with a primary focus on Bank Loans.
• Product knowledge: Primary and Secondary Syndicated Bank Loans (Par and Distressed) as well as Total Return Swaps and Financing Facilities.
• Strong analytical, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Significant management and leadership experience.
• Strong Client Relationship skills.
• Ability to learn new platforms and source information from numerous systems.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks, and to work in a deadline-focused organization.
• Proven interest in the financial markets and hedge fund industry.
