Job summary

Infiniti Marine Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Transport Executive to coordinate port operations and logistics, ensuring smooth shipment execution and timely customer responses. You will liaise with internal teams, stevedores, drivers, and customers to keep operations moving.

Ideal candidates have an interest in logistics or port operations, strong communication, and a hands-on approach in a fast-paced environment at Jurong Port.

Qualifications

• At least GCE "O" Level or Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain.
• Relevant experience or interest in Logistics, Supply Chain, Port or Transportation operations is preferred.
• Non-Executive level candidates specializing in Logistics / Supply Chain or Maritime studies are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate port operations (stevedore, stuffing/unstuffing, forklift, internal railing, etc).
• Prepare and provide quotations to customers in a timely manner.
• Respond to customers' enquiries and emails professionally.
• Prepare and process billings and operational documentation.
• Ensure all port and shipment-related documents are accurate, complete, and properly maintained.
• Sort, file, and maintain operational records in accordance with company requirements.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth shipment execution.
• Coordinate with customers on delivery and collection arrangements.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints, as well as drivers' and operators' operational feedback.
• Assist in resolving operational issues and complaints through effective problem-solving.
• Ensure all operational records are updated accurately and promptly.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.
