Job summary

Windranger Labs in Singapore is seeking an energetic Personal Assistant to support our cofounder. You will manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle correspondence, using Mandarin and English fluently.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and composure under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel and after-hours flexibility.
  • Experience coordinating personal and family tasks.

Responsibilities

We’re on the hunt for an energetic, detail-driven Personal Assistant to powerfully support our cofounder. In this pivotal role, you’ll leverage your fluency in Mandarin, financial savvy, and basic legal know-how to juggle multiple projects with ease. Flexibility, discretion, and a willingness to travel are paramount, as you’ll tackle a wide range of responsibilities—right down to managing personal tasks like coordinating visiting family members.
