• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of recruitment consultants to drive performance and ensure meeting sales and KPI targets.
• Drive business development and sales activities to connect with new clients and maintain good relationships with existing clients.
• Work closely with corporate clients to understand their hiring needs and provide consultative advice to staffing & hiring solutions.
• Understand job seekers' expectations and clients' job requirements to effectively place the right talent.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle between clients and candidates.
