Job summary

Recruitpedia Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Recruitment Sales Manager in Singapore to lead the recruitment team and drive sales growth. You will coach the team, secure new clients and align resources with hiring plans.

You will develop sales strategies, improve processes and analyze metrics to boost performance, while strengthening employer branding and expanding market presence through partnerships.

Qualifications

• At least 3 - 5 years of supervisory experience (Preferably in the Recruitment Staffing industry)
• Proven work experience in Managerial / Supervisory level
• Strong business acumen, analytical skills and use of data to advice on key business insights
