Job summary

Rise Bakehouse in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Supervisor Trainee to undergo structured on-the-job training, developing knowledge, skills, and leadership qualities to support the café's daily operations.

You will work closely with management to ensure excellent customer service, operational efficiency, and adherence to Rise Bakehouse's standards, onboarding new staff and supporting KPI achievement.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Outlet Supervisor in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the café.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a welcoming dining experience for all guests.
• Support and guide team members to ensure smooth daily operations and effective teamwork.
• Assist in opening and closing duties, including cash handling and outlet readiness.
• Ensure food and beverages are prepared and served according to Rise Bakehouse's quality standards.
• Monitor cleanliness, food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards at all times.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues professionally, escalating matters when necessary.
• Assist in inventory management, stock ordering, stock receiving, and stock control.
• Learn staff scheduling, manpower planning, and operational coordination under the guidance of management.
• Support the onboarding and training of new employees to ensure consistent service standards.
• Assist in achieving outlet sales targets, customer satisfaction, and operational KPIs.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by the Management.
