Job summary

Karss Management Services Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Supervisor, Operations in Singapore to oversee daily tasks, manage manpower, and uphold quality and housekeeping standards. You will act as the bridge between on-ground staff and management, ensuring smooth task execution.

The role requires strong supervisory skills, hands-on leadership during shifts, and strict adherence to safety and QC checks. Weekend and shift-based work are expected as part of a 6-day work week.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and planning abilities.
• Proven supervisory or leadership experience in events.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to lead teams and take-charge during shifts.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality control.
• Willingness to be hands-on and support operational tasks directly.
• Forklift licence is compulsory.

Responsibilities

• Oversee completion of operational tasks and ensure proper handover procedures.
• Actively participate in tasks when required to support team performance.
• Monitor daily workflows to maintain efficiency and timeliness.
• Ensure accountability of staff during assigned shifts and conduct training/onboarding.
• Lead shift debriefs to review performance and address issues.
• Ensure items are stored after use and maintain cleanliness; document handovers with photos.
• Identify and resolve gaps in service delivery and verify QC checks on-site.
• Liaise between OIC and Duty Manager for on-ground issues; provide timely updates.
• Assist in salary payout processes and handle ad-hoc tasks as directed by management.
